1st role - 8:30 – 5:30pm / 2nd role - 9:30 – 6:30pm

The Client:
An international US bank is seeking two dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist + Admin Assistants to join their London office. With around 20 in the office, it’s a great opportunity to join a small, busy team!
The Role:
* Greeting internal and external stakeholders whilst acting as the face of the company.
* Additional ad-hoc admin to some of the team when required.
* Screening phone calls and diverting as necessary.
* Preparing and coordinating meeting rooms.
* Stocking the office and kitchen with supplies.
* Hospitality element such as coordination of catering and liaising with vendors.
* A high level of initiative and flexibility is essential.
The Details:
* Fully office-based role, located in the West End.
* Alternating shifts for each role: 1st role - 8:30 – 5:30pm / 2nd role - 9:30 – 6:30pm
* Comprehensive benefits including eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
* Salary up to £35k, based on experience.
