What You’ll Do: Build trusting relationships with students to support their academic and personal growth. Provide tailored 1:1 support to help students manage SEMH-related challenges. Assist teaching staff in creating an inclusive and positive classroom environment. Use behaviour management strategies to ensure a safe and productive learning space. Encourage emotional resilience and social development in young learners. About You: You have experience working with children with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour. You are calm, patient, and proactive, with strong communication skills. You understand the importance of safeguarding and are committed to promoting student welfare.
