School Administration Assistant Location: Everton, Liverpool Job Type: Contract, Full-Time Salary: £12.90 - £14.00 Per hour Job Duties: Providing administrative support to school staff and management Assisting with student enrolment, attendance records, and data entry Managing school correspondence and communication with parents and external stakeholders Organising and maintaining school records, files, and databases Supporting the coordination of school events and activities Assisting with financial tasks such as processing invoices and budget tracking Required Qualifications: GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and organisational skills Previous experience in an administrative role Education: Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role Knowledge and Skills: Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively Basic understanding of school administration processes Preferred Qualifications: Additional vocational qualifications in administration or education Experience working in a school or educational setting Working Conditions: This role is based in a school environment and may require occasional evening or weekend work for events or meetings.
