Shrewsbury School is seeking to appoint an experienced Human Resources Project Manager on a two-year fixed term basis to support with a number of people change programmes.
The role will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering people initiatives and change projects across the Shrewsbury family of Schools in line with our strategic plan. The role will also work closely with the new Director of HR to deliver an effective People strategy and plan for the business.
The successful candidate should have a Level 7 qualification in Human Resources and have experience of scoping, planning and delivering successful people projects on time and to budget. Experience of supporting organisations through change including consultation, change management, restructure and organisational design alongside excellent employment law knowledge and partnership working are all essential skillsets.
