We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective management of customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
* Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, conducting review calls and meetings in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
* Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts
* Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the Strategic Account Managers to identify and pursue wider growth opportunities
* Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse key account performance, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
* Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and ensure issues are resolved efficiently, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

* Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role.
