* As a candidate for the Lead Infrastructure Engineer for Mobile Device Services, you will need to have expertise in creating high-level designs and implementing enterprise mobility management software (preferably Workspace One and Intune) for large and complex organizations managing mobile devices running iOS and Android OS. You should possess significant depth and breadth of technical knowledge across infrastructure services, including strong experience with public cloud technologies, cloud hosting, containers, and networking design patterns, tools, and best practices such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. A strong understanding of information security, infrastructure as code, and continuous integration/continuous deployment is essential. You must have significant technical authoring skills for producing technical design and specification documents and proven experience in delivering technical services focused on user needs, utilizing ITIL methodologies to improve services in a large and complex IT Service Management landscape. As an inclusive leader and line manager, you should be able to demonstrate your ability to inspire and motivate individuals, building capability within teams to execute your vision and strategies.
