Contract: 12 months Fixed term Location: Hybrid (Head Office: Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne) This is a hybrid working role, so you’ll need to be able to work from our Head Office one day a week Hours per week: 37 Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience About the role We’re excited to be looking for a Government Programmes Administrator to join our Government Programmes team. You'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of day-to-day activities by performing clerical and administrative duties. Additionally you will provide valuable support to colleagues who deliver our Awarding Programme,T Levels Programme and Policy projects. The Government Programmes team is responsible for the programmatic management of the Awarding Programmes and T Levels Programme at NCFE. We're a small team, at the heart of the business, who monitor and track operational progress to ensure the smooth running of our qualifications, predominately T Level and V Certs to ensure students and providers receive a high level of service and our regulatory requirement are met. This role will give you exposure to operational teams across the business, project management tools and techniques, experience working with Government and Government contracts and regulatory activities. How you’ll make an impact: Delivering a comprehensive administrative support to the Government Programmes teams, including scheduling meetings, documenting project work, monitoring action points and managing various administrative duties as needed. Preparing, updating and managing meeting agendas, minutes, reports, action lists and trackers Collaborating with teams across the organisation to carry out various tasks Supporting with adherence to regulatory requirements as an Awarding Organisation, focusing on contractual obligations for the T Level Programme, managing and minimising risk and escalating any issues. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including excellent grammar and spelling Proficient in the use of office applications such as Excel, Outlook, Word and Teams.
