I am looking for a Registered Manager to manage their CQC regulated homecare service onsite in their Retirement Village in Thatcham. The Registered Manager's responsibilities are to Manage the CQC compliance of the registered domiciliary service onsite Manage a diverse team including Care Staff, Domestic Team and Maintenance Team Be the client facing focal point of the estate with the Homeowners Hold regular Homeowner meetings to discuss their issues and feedback Work to set KPI's around CQC compliance, care hours, maintenance response times and customer feedback This Registered Manager role is a fixed term 12 month contract that is most likely to go permanent at the end. The job is paying £41,628 per annum plus uncapped annual bonus, paid overtime, corporate benefits. Please note the working hours for this role is Monday to Friday, with alternate weekend working required (if you work weekends, you receive 2 days off during the week). This is non-negotiable and every Registered Manager will need to commit to this.
