Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Dundee
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonus
We're looking for a driven Sales Executive with a strong background in hitting KPIs and driving business growth. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of existing & new clients, identify new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders. You'll work closely with our sales and product teams to develop a strategic approach that maximises value for our customers and supports company growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a successful sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
2. Identify new business opportunities and secure partnerships across various industrial sectors.
3. Achieve KPIs through proactive lead generation, networking, and upselling initiatives.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and other relevant documents for management.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in a B2B environment.
2. Experience in business development and client acquisition, ideally within the industrial sector.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
4. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks.
5. A keen ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
