As a Maths Teacher, you will: Deliver high-quality mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring all teaching meets curriculum requirements and is tailored to students’ abilities. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that challenge students and inspire a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts. Use effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment. Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing targeted interventions where necessary. Prepare students for GCSE examinations, helping them achieve their personal best through effective teaching and revision strategies. Contribute to the department’s collaborative planning and resource sharing, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Engage with parents, carers, and colleagues to support students’ overall development and well-being. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential. Experience: A minimum of six months of teaching experience in the UK. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply. Education: A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject.
