Smart Teachers are recruiting for a SEN Learning Support Assistant to support a child in reception who has Autism and needs support with communication and accessing the national curriculum
About the role
1:1 support in a reception class, child has Autism and lacks basic communication skills
Child needs support with speech and language
Will run intervention sessions focused on phonics
Role starts at the end of January and will be until the end of the academic year

SENCO in the school is supportive and offers additional training to support with your role
School caters for a diverse cohort of pupils who come from a number of different backgrounds

Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEN Learning Support Assistant you will:
Have experience with pre verbal communication
Have experience with phonics
Have an understanding of Autism/SEN
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
Have experience supporting children with SEN
