Purpose of the role:
To support the Head of Membership and act as the secretary to the Pall Mall House Committee and its nine Activity Committees’/Groups by providing comprehensive administrative support in the form of minute taking, preparing committee papers, circulating paperwork in a timely manner, setting dates for meetings and managing Committee Member appointment/retirement dates.
The role is based in Epsom at our Woodcote Park clubhouse with occasional travel to Pall Mall, London.
Overview of Responsibilities:
11. Diary management for the Head of Membership
12. Organisation a variety of Committee events across both clubhouses
13. Assisting with organisation of board papers, board meetings and official Club events.
14. Preparing agendas, collating and distributing papers
15. Providing comprehensive administrative support to nine activity groups
16. Attending Pall Mall Committee meetings to take minutes
17. Setting up and transcribing recorded meetings into minutes or actions
18. Dealing with correspondence both email and mail

About you:
19. Must have experience taking minutes
20. High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office
21. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels
22. Exceptional verbal and written skills
23. Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
