Our Children's Speech & Language Therapy teams cover a diverse population and range of conditions for children and young people aged 0-19.
We offer services to children and their families in locations best suited to their needs (CDCs, in their own homes and schools, at specialist-run clinics, education sessions and groups).

You'll be part of the wider Professional Leadership team led by the Associate Director for AHPs, and work in close conjunction with service managers and Professional Lead colleagues in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Nursing, to ensure the care we deliver is evidence-based, safe and effective.
This role is designed to ensure we have the right people with the right skills delivering excellent patient care. You should have a keen interest in national initiatives relative to Speech and Language Therapy and be able to translate best practice guidance into local service delivery. You must be proactive, innovative and forwarding-thinking and keen to support the ongoing professional development of this motivated staff group.
