Be responsible for managing a client portfolio including all aspects of administration & company secretarial matters;
Manage and supervise a number of administrators and trainee administrators who would typically be studying towards professional qualifications;
Prepare and implement client specific procedures in relation to administration and reporting requirements for each entity;
Assist the accountants in respect of the planning and coordination of audits
Cash management and review of bank payments;
Assist or lead the transaction management process for transactions such as series issuances, structured finance and listed debt structures
Skills Required:
Professional ICSA (or equivalent) qualification or studying towards
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the finance industry
Excellent communication and organisation skillsCore skills required
