New exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to oversee two services for adults with mental health within supported accommodation. Cumbria.
Permanent, 37.5 hour per week, predominantly Mon- Fri with generous benefits including:

To oversee the two services for adults within supported accommodation and community based ( Ulverston & Kendal)
To lead and develop the staff team and be able to support and mentor the teams
Adhere to policies and procedures and work within the expectations around the service with KPIs and budget management
Adhere to and work with CQC guidelines and inspections
Recruitment and selection of staff and ensure all teams have the required training.
Ensure the outcomes are met for the people being supported.
Liaise with all agencies and be able to collaborate, attending meetings and report writing.

You will ideally have sound knowledge of and experience of supporting those with vulnerable needs including mental health, learning disability and behaviours that may challenge.
Your enthusiasm for the role and leading from the front will be key and being able to balance the needs of the role together with building and nurturing your staff team.
Flexibility to travel across two sites and be fluid in your approach to this.
Able to deal with budgets and have strong IT skills, in addition to excellent communication and organisational skills
Level 3 Health & Social Care or equivalent as a minimum
Car driver with access to your own vehicle
