HR and Payroll Administrator
Location: Hemel (WFH with occasional travel to London and Hemel)
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000
Our client is looking for an HR Payroll Administrator to support business growth. This is a new role within an already successful team. Based working from home, you will need to travel occasionally to either London or the Hemel office.
Role Responsibilities:
* Collating and processing payroll data
* Processing any changes to payroll
* Adding new starters
* Completing monthly payroll reports
* Processing P11Ds and P45s
* Providing HR support
* Supporting the recruitment process
* Setting up interviews and supporting post-recruitment
* Candidate onboarding
* Supporting HR projects
* General administration
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
* Payroll experience
* Experience working in HR
* Excellent IT skills
* Strong written and communication skills
* The ability to multitask
