Not only will you be joining the central hub, but you will also be working collaboratively with the other teams allowing a culture of sharing and collaboration.
As Comms Account Director, you will work at a senior level, taking ownership of campaign objectives and overseeing delivery excellence. You will drive accounts forward by identifying and seizing opportunities. You will have experience in and a passion for B2B comms and a particular interest in the built sector, working with some big names to help them achieve their comms goals. You will be strategic and love growth, whether that is client account growth or people and team growth, you will love to help develop the team and identify training opportunities. Proven experience in working on a range of B2B or built environment projects
Experience in managing, leading and mentoring a small team with a passion for developing people, supporting people and with a nurturing approach
Identifying growth opportunities for an agency
Monitoring and analysing industry trends, looking at what is relevant to the agency and the clients of the agency and being able to problem solve and make recommendations
A passion for improving policies and driving positive change
A proactive approach and brilliant communication skills
