What you will do The Enterprise Growth Room Manager will lead Go to Market Initiatives (GTM) across UKI, working in a growth room environment with core members and facilitators from all Lines of Business (LOBs). You’ll collaborate with Growth Room leaders and BDMs to manage the identification, assessment, and tracking of new opportunities, as well as cross-sell initiatives.Key responsibilities include managing lead generation, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the execution of core processes within the growth rooms. You will also track opportunities and report through Salesforce, drive sales accountability, and support monthly updates to WAVE for review with Heads of Sales.
