Wise May are looking for a part time Finance Administrator to join our client, an extremely busy and friendly Business Management company based in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lovely team in an organisation who reward hard work.
This is a part time role, with flexible working hours.
Duties to include:
1. Gathering, analysing, and interpreting relevant financial data when requested.
2. Updating daily transaction records and assisting with timesheet and payroll administration.
3. Managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as expenses.
4. Keeping records of invoices and tax payments, as well as reviewing and processing reimbursements.
5. Preparing income statements, balance sheets, and budgets.
6. Identifying financial liabilities and performing risk analysis on liquidity and cash flow.
7. Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliations.
8. Preparing financial reports, including projected returns on investment and growth rates.
9. Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial administration.
10. Maintain, process and store internal documentation and reports in line with the company’s document policy.
11. Use the company’s software to add bills and raise draft invoices.
12. Assist with the account management and P&L reporting for the service project and service team.
