Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: MACCLESFIELD
Salary: Up to £30,000
Contract: 12 Month FTC possible to perm
Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office
We are working on behalf of a successful business who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert Employee Relations (ER) advice to line managers and employees, ensuring a consistent and fair approach to HR issues.
Manage complex ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management, escalating when necessary.
Lead or support key HR initiatives, including diversity and inclusion programs, policy updates, and organizational change projects.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering guidance on HR best practices, compliance, and employment law.
Collaborate with the Learning & Development, Recruitment, and Payroll teams to achieve the wider People Vision.
Manage TUPE processes, redundancy consultations, and other HR projects as required.
Skills & Experience Required:
A background in HR with demonstrable ER experience.
CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
