Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will be instrumental in executing ISOQAR’s marketing strategy, driving growth, generating leads, and optimising the customer experience across digital channels.
This role encompasses a broad digital remit, covering ISOQAR’s certification and training services, including e-commerce.
What that means day to day
* Develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies and plans that transform and optimise the business’s digital presence and align with commercial goals.
* Identify and capitalise on new digital opportunities to drive revenue.
* Lead digital campaigns to increase lead generation.
* Own and manage the updating and publishing of the website in line with business requests, product launches and marketing campaigns.
* Execute the website optimisation and testing plan to drive and increase our customers' value and sales frequency through testing and optimisation of customer journeys.
* Use Google Analytics and other business tracking tools to benchmark, measure and analyse key performance metrics, including intangible benefits.
* Present comprehensive reports to senior management, demonstrating the commercial impact and ROI of digital initiatives.
* Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and technologies.
What you’ll need to be successful
Essential:
* Relevant marketing qualification.
* Proven experience managing the digital marketing mix, including PPC, SEO, display, and affiliate marketing.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices for B2B brands.
* Hands-on experience in website development, testing, and implementation.
* Proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS platforms in a commercial setting.
* Solid understanding of UX and UI principles and best practices.
* Experience collaborating with key stakeholders and business partners to deliver group-wide projects.
* Expertise in using Google Analytics and other business tracking tools to benchmark, measure, and analyse key performance metrics, including qualitative insights.
* Ability to understand customer needs and requirements to create optimised user journeys.
Desirable:
* Proven experience in collaborating with and managing external agencies.
* Coding and website design experience.
* Strong ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and build strong, productive relationships across the business.
* Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects within tight deadlines while delivering high-quality results under pressure.
* A proactive problem-solver with a drive for innovation.
* A user-centric mindset, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
