BHSF Ltd is looking for a Sales Consultant that are passionate about delivering an excellent experience to our customers whilst
giving first-class service. This is an exciting role for a confident customer-focused professional to join a successful and
growing company. The role will include securing new business that delivers bottom line benefits for the portfolio of BHSF products
and services.
This is a home based role, with some travel to the Birmingham office and customer sites. Working 35 hours per week working between
8.45am – 4.45pm Monday to Friday.

About you
Knowledge and Experience:
* Significant sales experience within health and wellbeing and/or insurance.
* Evidence of consistently delivering against sales targets and delivering bottom line value.
* A clear understanding and experience of engaging with employers across a wide range of sectors.
* Ability to forge and build cross-functional relationships at all levels across businesses both internally and externally.
* Knowledge and experience of competitive tender processes, working with a bid and tender team to ensure successful contract
wins.
* Commercially aware and can motivate yourself to succeed and achieve sales targets.
* Experience of drafting and submitting quotes and proposals to a wide range of industry sectors following successful initial
engagement.

* Analytical thinker who can use both quantitative and qualitative feedback to make informed decisions.
