Job Role: Soft Services Supervisor (Facilities Management)
Working Hours: Wednesday to Saturday – 9am – 6pm - 36 hours per week (9-hour shifts)
Pay: £14.90 per hour
Location: Milton Keynes, MK9 3ES
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services for a Soft Services Supervisor to join our established team based at one of the UK’s leading shopping centres.
Based in the multi-story car park, the supervisor will lead a team of multi-skilled operatives to ensure that the car park operates smoothly, and cleaning, maintenance, and parking service standards are maintained to a high standard.
Duties include:
* Supervision of car park operatives to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed to the required standard.
* Reporting of faults and maintenance issues via the Anchor Helpdesk.
* Supporting the HQ management team in planning the shift rota.
* Conducting periodic inspections and car park audits.
* Communicating effectively with the Regional Manager, ensuring information is accurately shared with regards to the employees and specific customer requests.
* Utilising the Timegate system to record shift attendance accurately, manage schedules, and ensure up-to-date reporting – full training will be provided.
* Ensuring the company and brand image is maintained to a high standard.
* Ensuring customer complaints and/or incidents are documented, reported, acknowledged, reviewed, and closed within set timeframes.
Requirements
* Full 5-year employment checkable history.
* Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office 365. Knowledge of Timegate software would also be an advantage, however, full training will be provided.
* Prior experience supervising/managing a team.
* Appropriate literacy and numeracy skills.
* Customer Service experience and confidence to handle conflict in a correct manner.
* Flexible to meet the job requirements.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Smart appearance and be well-groomed.
* Reliable and punctual.
* High level of enthusiasm and passion.
* Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
