Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Conduct site surveys and meet with project stakeholders to discuss project progress and address any issues.
* Provide commercial support on live contracts, including pricing variations, valuations, and subcontract procurement.
* Maintain strong client communication and relationships.
* Utilise and facilitate the job management system (Simpro) to efficiently manage day-to-day duties, ensuring smooth workflow and task completion.
* Manage supplier invoices, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and delivery notes.
* File supplier invoices accurately and respond to supplier phone queries.
* Support sub-contractor payment processes in line with company policies.
* Provide accurate, timely information to support other departments and management.
* Contribute advice and practical input to enhance business processes.
* Undertake ad hoc duties as required by management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, particularly in social housing and voids works.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and project management principles.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Ability to work collaboratively with various departments, including marketing, IT, and customer service.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
