Job Title: GCSE Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide one-on-one tutoring to secondary school students preparing for their GCSE examinations Create individualised lesson plans based on students' strengths and weaknesses Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Help students improve their understanding of various subjects covered in the GCSE curriculum Offer guidance and support to boost students' confidence and motivation Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification Demonstrated experience in tutoring or teaching secondary school students Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring secondary school students Knowledge and Skills: Thorough understanding of the GCSE curriculum and examination requirements Ability to tailor teaching methods to suit individual student needs Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience in preparing students for GCSE examinations Working Conditions: Part-time hours, flexible schedule Work may involve evenings and weekends to accommodate students' availability Location may vary based on student needs (in-person or online tutoring) All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
