Accessibility Lead

We have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, strategic, and dynamic individual to join the Customer Experience team as our new Accessibility Lead.
Here at TransPennine Express (TPE), customers are central to everything we do, and that means ensuring all our propositions across the end-to-end journey, be that trains, stations or digital, are accessible to everyone, and that anyone who requires assistance receives an exceptional standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead all aspects of our accessibility strategy, driving transformation across customer touchpoints.
2. Increase independent travel for customers, focusing on door-to-door travel.
3. Upskill our frontline workforce in the delivery of assistance and support for those with hidden disabilities.
4. Set, monitor, and enhance the experience for customers who require assistance.
5. Analyze accessibility insights and data to improve services and target investment.
6. Ensure compliance with public sector duties on equality and respond to legislative changes impacting accessibility.
7. Implement transformational change projects through high profile leadership.

The main location for the role is flexible across our network, and there will be a requirement for Customer Experience On Call duties.
