Salary: £28,000 per annum, based upon experience and location

Hours: 35 hours per week, full-time, permanent
About the Role
This role plays a significant part within the RIBA Academy team, with key responsibilities directly linked to the success of the facilitation and delivery of live CPD webinars. Working closely with the CPD Programme Manager, you will support the overall administrative functions such as reporting, coordinating, and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders. It includes webinar delivery, liaising with content curators/speakers, video editing, upload of content to the RIBA Academy, our learning platform, and general administration.
The role also plays a key part in coordinating the delivery of Corporate CPD schemes & partnerships in the UK and Internationally, managing those relationships and working closely with other internal stakeholders in the account management and sales team.
What are we looking for?
* Experience in leading live webinars, or similar online events
* Awareness of digital delivery and keenness to learn about new ways of delivering e-learning
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent administrative skills with good attention to detail obtained through previous working in an office environment
* Experience of managing and prioritising workloads with an ability to work on own initiative against agreed KPIs
* Experience of following and implementing established procedures
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience of using Microsoft programmes such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* An ability to work within a wider team with a flexible approach to work tasks
