As Marketing Manager, youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their venues, driving innovative marketing strategies, and engaging their diverse audiences. The Role A key member of the Marketing and Communications team, the post holder will have responsibility forthedevelopment and execution ofWaterfrontHallandUlsterHallmarketing and communications plans focusing on generating revenue through ticket sales, advertising and marketing packagesas well as ensuring a strong brand presence and awareness for two of Northern Ireland's mosticonic entertainment venues, celebrating their rich heritage and culture. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering an annual calendar of marketing activity that delivers against predetermined revenue targets, as well as the wider business objectives aimed at driving growth and prosperity for Northern Ireland's night-time economy. Marketing Strategy and Planning Advance plan, manage and evaluate entertainment marketing activity across digital, outdoor, radio and press. Working closely with other departments and partners to ensure a consistent and clear posting schedule. Working with the Entertainment Marketing Executive, and Digital Marketing Lead to develop and implement Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall marketing campaigns and take an analytical approach to performance reporting. Ensure a strategic and commercial focus is taken to marketing and communication plans optimising for revenue as well as celebrating the heritage of both venues and the contribution they make to Northern Irelands night-time economy. Ensuring maintenance of the Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall website is implemented and maintained to the highest standard, ensuring seamless integration with digital channels and follow SEO best practice. Brand Management Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to both externally and internally to positively profile all venues and that the | Waterfront Hall | Ulster Hall brand family is used appropriately in all company-wide initiatives and projects. Manage the full suite of Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall marketing collateral including digital, printed and promotional assets and their distribution through trade, digital and traditional media. Contribute to PR activity designed to create, develop and maintain the positive profile Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall. Lead on planning for own shows and industry events to ensure the positive profile of both Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall.
