The main areas of responsibility:
* To ensure incoming calls to our dedicated service number are answered quickly and handled efficiently. You will need to possess an excellent telephone manner.
* Follow up on the resolution of any issue which requires further action.
* ConnectWise data entry. Use of our ConnectWise service software to ensure data available is accurate and up to date at all times. Training will be provided.
* Providing internal progress updates on projects.
* Filing data and performing other routine tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate will be:
* Meticulous by nature and able to deliver exceptional results consistently whilst dealing with multiple projects simultaneously.
* Have excellent communication skills to manage client and/or client team relations/liaison. You need to be confident answering the phone and responding to emails, dealing first hand with our clients.
* Previous experience and interest in AV, lighting control & IT systems. Continued learning and self-improvement is crucial to stay up to date with the latest technologies.
* Ability to think fast and creatively.
* Excellent teamworking skills.
* Well organised, a good planner and able to prioritise.
* Aware of your audience and able to adapt your approach accordingly
