Leading a Registered Children's Home in Lancaster presents a unique opportunity to provide exceptional care and support to young people.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader who has a proven track record of working within the residential children sector, ideally in a management or leadership role.
The key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring the highest standards of care and support are met for each individual resident.
* Liaising with local authorities, social services, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
* Managing a team of staff to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
* Developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy living environment.
This is a permanent position, and we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development.
