About the role: We are seeking to hire a part-time Facilities Officer (Health & Safety and Maintenance) to maintain the upkeep of our head office premises. The role will include carrying out repairs, managing and co-ordinating all development and ongoing maintenance of the building and gardens and ensuring the health and safety of colleagues. You will work a total of 3 days per week. This will be a mix of hands-on work, 1.5 - 2 days per week, with approximately 1 - 1.5 days per week computer-based. About you: You have an up-to-date qualification in Health & Safety and can demonstrate an understanding of building maintenance. You have the ability to undertake minor repairs and maintenance. You can prioritise your workload and meet deadlines. You have excellent attention to detail and a positive approach to work and colleagues. You have an interest in sustainable, energy efficient buildings and systems.
