Salary: £20,431
Working arrangement: A blend of Office and College days
Apprenticeship offered: Process Industry Manufacturing Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship
Length of programme: 39 Months
We have opened a new and exciting opportunity within our production environment for an individual to work alongside our experienced team, gaining both qualifications and experience in a supportive and experienced environment, setting-up production equipment to ensure correct functionality and calibration compliance. This is a tried and tested apprenticeship with us at Eisai, and we are looking to replicate our former success.
Role Responsibilities:
* Preparation for batch manufacture
* To set-up production equipment to ensure correct functionality and calibration compliance
* Start up, run and finish production batches using production equipment and automated systems within the validated process parameters following approved MBR’s and production procedures
* Monitor production process steps including carrying out in-process tests, yield calculations, product sampling and inspection to ensure quality is maintained
* Fault finding and rectification on processes and equipment by liaising with other departments where necessary
* Participate in quality investigations
We are looking for individuals who:
* Analytical skills and Logical
* Team Working
The Process Industry Manufacturing Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship will be provided by Cogent Skills and will be a 3 year 3 month duration. You will have 1 study day a week, and will be joining virtually. You will be expected to be onsite at our offices 4 days a week.
Role Requirements
GCSE or equivalent Maths/English (Grade 4) desirable
