The Business DevelopmentExecutive will play a crucial role in generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the customer base. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a passion for sales and a proven track record in outbound sales activities. The Role: Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to generate new leads and identify business opportunities. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling. Identify opportunities for business growth within existing client accounts and work to expand those relationships. Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored telecom solutions. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. (HubSpot preferred but not essential) Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The Skills: Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the telecom or technology industry. An understanding of telecom products and services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
