Installing, maintaining and servicing large Boiler Rental equipment, to a consistently high standard, whilst complying with all current EH&S Policy and other European & UK legislation. Working independently, you will install and also respond to service calls in an effective and efficient manner, ensuring risk assessments are conducted and documented prior to all works to be carried out, and complete all work to an agreed high level. Site working: Carrying out routine maintenance, breakdowns, installs and deinstallations both within and out with normal working hours. Depot working: Checking equipment that has returned from hire, awaiting inspection, cleaning and servicing equipment by following laid down procedures. Completing pre-delivery inspection (PDI) procedures prior to hire and carrying out all safety and electrical tests. Ensure work is undertaken in line with specific method statements, risk assessments and relevant safety legislations. Installation/ de-installation and maintenance/servicing of HVAC Rental Equipment. Refurbishment of units in the depot - clean, paint, repairs, depot audits compliance, paperwork and maintaining the depot / equipment to a good standard. To liaise and work effectively with the sales and operations. To act quickly where problems arise and to maintain an open system of communication between WHL / CRS and the customer.
