Senior Support Worker
Search Health-care is working with a nationally recognized health-care provider to source a number of experienced Senior Support Workers for mental health units. The role involves providing support to vulnerable service users in their daily life routines. You MUST have experience working with individuals with complex needs and mental health difficulties.
The Role:
You will be supporting individuals with severe mental health difficulties and complex needs. Flexible shifts, including both days and nights, are required. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of previous experience as a support worker, specifically in mental health or learning difficulties. Candidates with MAPA/PMVA training are particularly encouraged to apply. Regular weekend shifts will also be expected.

4. At least 6 months of experience in the mental health sector with the ability to provide 2 years of employment references.
5. MAPA or PMVA training is required.
