£55K - £60K + Car or Car Allowance (£6,000) + 10% Bonus + 10% Pension Match + OTE of £72k + Training Courses + Progression into Other Senior Roles

The Company:
ATA Recruitment are working with a market leading, multi-site manufacturing business within the construction materials industry. This is a well-established business that invests heavily in its assets and its employees.
They have created a new role within the business to support its manufacturing plants up and down the country and are looking for a maintenance and projects manager to lead a team and support the different sites.
The Role:
* The maintenance and projects manager will be working from home but spending most of their time on the company's different manufacturing plants which are situated all across the UK.
* You will lead and develop a small team of mobile maintenance engineers.
* You will support the individual sites in the delivery of capital projects.
* You will support the different manufacturing plants' maintenance activities, planning and organising work schedules, writing RANS, and developing their maintenance systems.
Required Experience:
* The maintenance and projects manager must be qualified within a mechanical or electrical discipline.
* We are open on specific industry but you must have manufacturing experience.
* You must also be flexible to travel and work away from home during the week (although the plan would be that you would typically work from home on a Friday).
* This is a senior role within the business and requires someone who can lead a team, communicate well with different stakeholders at different levels, and be extremely well organised and good at planning.
