Overview: We’re looking for a talented and versatile Designer to join our in-house creative team and bring our brand to life across digital channels. This is a full-time role suited to a designer with in-house experience, who understands the pace, consistency, and strategic alignment required when designing for a single brand. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-impact, visually engaging creative—ranging from social media assets to larger campaign work—that supports marketing, brand, and business goals. You’ll work closely with marketing, content, and product teams, playing a key role in shaping how our brand shows up in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design engaging and on-brand creative for a range of digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, paid ads, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
2. Translate campaign concepts and marketing strategies into compelling visual content that connects with our audience.
3. Collaborate closely with marketing, copywriting, and digital teams to ensure design aligns with messaging, objectives, and timelines.
4. Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the brand across all channels, ensuring design consistency and high standards.
5. Work proactively, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
6. Contribute to creative brainstorms and help bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
7. Support occasional print or offline design needs in line with the brand’s aesthetic.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an in-house designer (not agency-only), ideally within a fast-paced B2C environment such as ecommerce, fashion, or beauty.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design work, particularly across social media, campaigns, and performance marketing assets.
3. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
4. Strong working knowledge of Figma—or a clear willingness and ability to adapt to it quickly.
5. A strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, and branding principles.
6. Comfortable working across multiple touchpoints and managing projects from concept to execution.
7. Highly collaborative, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to feedback and iteration.
8. Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment without compromising on quality.
