Let us tell you about the opportunity We have a rare opportunity for a Regional Manager to head up our largest region, the South East, managing a team of 8 Account Managers. The region covers Oxford, the outskirts of London, Essex, Kent and the South Coast. Our Regional Managers are primarily accountable to maximise performance in terms of sales, profitability and risk management, supporting our strategic and business objectives, whilst ensuring great customer and dealer outcomes. Whilst also coaching and motivating the sales team to perform to their full potential. With a proactive approach to the development and acquisition of our dealer network, you will support your team to achieve commercial objectives in terms of profit, growth, risk and expenditure management to ensure that MotoNovo Finance retains a leading position in the market. What will your day look like? Reporting to the Head of Field Sales and working closely with the internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for; Implementing a dealer development and acquisition strategy for your territory, maximising commercial outcomes Managing and motivating your team to achieve performance against agreed specific budgets You will demonstrate a high level of understanding of geographical region, finance & competitor market, understanding the opportunities and risks associated within it. Engage at all levels to influence, challenge and assist in the formulation of strategies to keep MotoNovo competitive and innovative. Proactively promote and develop MotoNovo profile, by creating and maintaining valuable relationships with major clients (existing & target). What do we expect from you? Proven experience managing a territory/region Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to work independently and remotely. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify market opportunities. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively A strong understanding of the Motor Finance market would be desirable, though not essential What can you expect from us?
