GTC, who are part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for a Regional Scheduling Team Leader who would like to help us reach our mission of making lasting connections with our customers to improve their lives. As the Regional Scheduling Team Leader your key responsibilities are Be responsible for reporting on Team productivity and performance to assist monthly reviews and development. To carry out any requested tasks received from the Scheduling manager/ Office manager. To manage and review an ongoing schedule to ensure SLAs are achieved and operational tasks are met. To work closely with the Regional Construction Manager to ensure customer expectations are met and complaints are resolved in a timely manner. Maintain required purchase orders inline with business revenue whilst ensuring the companies environmental impact is reduced. About you Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and numerate. Manage workload proactively to ensure deadlines are met. Remains calm under pressure, whilst remaining professional at all times. The ability to multitask. Understanding of the utility industry and Fibre connectivity.
