The Role
We are seeking a Junior or mid-level Production Coordinator to join our growing post-production team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing project schedules, client communications, and coordinating resources to ensure smooth delivery across all our projects. Working closely with our post-production team, you’ll oversee the lifecycle of each project - from brief to final delivery - maintaining high standards and keeping all stakeholders aligned. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with production or project management experience who’s looking to grow within a creative and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage project timelines and workflows to ensure timely delivery.
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling communications and managing expectations.
* Coordinate with our post-production team, assigning tasks and balancing workloads.
* Conduct quality control on deliverables to maintain the Pixelworx high standard.
* Maintain project documentation, including schedules, updates, and client notes.
Skills and Experience Required
* 1-3 years in a production or project management role.
* Strong organisational skills, with an ability to multitask and prioritise.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Additional Qualities
* Passionate about social-first content and staying ahead of industry trends.
* Comfortable with remote work.
* A problem-solver who is adaptable and proactive in fast-paced environments.
* Some experience with post-production software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or After Effects.
How We Work
Pixelworx is a fully remote creative studio, and our team members work from home across the UK. You must be comfortable with remote work and effective in a virtual setting. For filming days, we travel to set, with all business-related travel covered.

* £23,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience).
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
