Hybrid role Salary to £34K Our client is a leader in the education sector, and they are seeking an experience HR Advisor to join their team to support a number of different parts of the business, offering advice and guidance to managers on complex employee relations matters.This role is a hybrid position with two days a week in the Manchester office.Salary- £34k Key Responsibilities Deliver bespoke HR services, including supporting the implementation of people plans and HR strategy. HR project worked as required. Develop and utilize HR metrics, monitor trends, and propose interventions to enhance organizational effectiveness. Support organizational development activities. Support and guide HR Advisors to maximize their potential. Advise managers on complex employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, succession planning, and rewards. Support business change projects, including restructuring, redeployment, redundancy, and TUPE. Build effective relationships with managers at all levels, providing timely and professional HR solutions. Coach and develop line managers through one-on-one or group training sessions on key management practices. Maintain accurate HR records and produce reports as required. Actively contribute to the development and knowledge base of the HR team. Undertake additional duties appropriate to the role, as required. Skills, Experience, and Knowledge CIPD Level 5 Qualified (Chartered/Graduate membership). Degree level education or equivalent professional experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent planning, organizational, and administrative abilities. Strong interpersonal skills to build credibility and maintain positive relationships. High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently. At least three years of recent, broad HR generalist experience at an advisory level. Experience in designing and leading organizational development or business change projects.
