Banijay UK Social Studio is a newly formed central team with a remit to promote Banijay UK’s extensive library of content on social media platforms, working across both marketing and monetisation priorities for the business to create best-in-class digital content.
You will be part of a highly creative and collaborative team, working across a range of Banijay UK's biggest titles, including Would I Lie To You, Big Brother, Deal or No Deal, Richard Osman's House of Games, Interior Design Masters and more.
Job Purpose
As a Digital Producer, you'll be producing best-in-class digital content for a variety of Banijay UK titles across multiple social platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. You’ll be responsible for overseeing content calendar management, writing engaging copy for all posts, communicating with stakeholders, and scheduling approved content across various platforms.
The right candidate will possess excellent editorial judgement when it comes to selecting must-see moments for online audiences and will know social media inside out – from the latest TikTok trends to the newest Instagram functionality. You’ll also be experienced in using Adobe Suite to bring your editorial and creative visions to life, working collaboratively with other team members to develop and produce the best quality content possible.
A keen interest in the latest TV shows, strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for exciting digital audiences through gold-standard social content are key, as well as being a creative thinker.
Duties
1. Own complete digital output of specific IPs on social media across marketing and monetisation priorities, including management of digital content end-to-end (from ideation, to production, to publishing and insights reporting and feedback)
2. Creative content ideation for both on-air and archive titles
3. Producing digital content for a variety of audiences across social media on all platforms including video and non-video content
4. Optimisation of all content for platforms, including metadata, thumbnails and adhering to accessibility standards
5. Attending shoots where necessary to capture marketing content for social use
6. Producing periodical stats reports for internal and external stakeholders as required.
7. Quality control and peer-review of work for other producers and editors
8. Community management and audience engagement
Knowledge & Skills
1. Digital content production experience essential
2. Accurate copywriting and tone of voice abilities
3. Confident communication with stakeholders and senior staff members
4. Strong Adobe suite skills including Premiere Pro and Photoshop
5. Excellent editorial judgement
6. Digital native who lives and breathes social media.
7. Working knowledge of social platform best practices
8. Excellent time management when working across multiple projects.
9. Desirable: Experience capturing content on set with talent
Reporting To Senior Digital Producer
Contract Type Full Time
Hours 9:30am – 6:00pm
