Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Quality Manager to support Clarksons Port Services and the Gibb Group. The role will be based out of Great Yarmouth or Aberdeen. The person in this role will be responsible for leading on Quality practices, Quality & Safety Management System (Mango), ISO accreditation (BS 9001, 18001 and 4001) and procedures to ensure we deliver Quality excellence and compliance in line with our Vision and Mission and 2030 strategic targets.
What you’ll be doing
1. Maintain the CPS / Gibb Integrated Quality & Safety Management System.
2. Provide and deliver Quality standards to the Company’s guidelines.
3. Develop standard operating procedures and training practices around Quality.
4. Provide knowledge and support in Quality compliance including communication with the Competent Authority and supporting visits.
5. Engage with CPS / Gibb segments and represent it in Quality forums.
6. Monitor, analyse and report key performance indicators and target, report monthly to HQ.
7. Review and update risk profile and legislation. Support in the implementation of the required risk control measures.
8. Monitor and implement the required training compliance and manage training requirements.
9. Complete audit strategy to ensure ISO Standard compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
10. Support Business development, tender approvals and due diligence. Provide Quality knowledge and expertise as required.
11. Provide Quality expertise and influence for internal projects.
12. Ensure Incident Investigation is competent, investigations are completed, audited and supported as required.
13. Developing KPIS and reporting on these from a Quality perspective.
14. To fulfil any additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
