Conveyancing Legal Secretary/Conveyancing Assistant – Exciting Opportunity
Are you an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary or Assistant looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with at least two years of experience in conveyancing secretarial work to join this strong team.
Key Responsibilities:

* Typing audio (digital dictation) and producing letters and legal documents accurately
* Providing quotations and opening client files
* Preparing Stamp Duty Land Tax returns and submitting applications for HM Land Registry registration
* Downloading and managing documentation from HM Land Registry
* Handling telephone calls, providing updates, and taking messages with exceptional client care
* Updating and uploading documentation to lender portals efficiently
* Managing deadlines through Outlook and maintaining effective diary systems
* Photocopying, scanning, and performing general administrative tasks
* Covering reception duties during lunch periods
* Using case management systems to support the conveyancing team effectively

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Minimum of 2 years of conveyancing secretarial experience
✔ Fast and accurate typing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
✔ Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities
✔ Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks
✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
✔ Dedication to delivering exceptional client care and support
