Administrator
Location: Warwick (Onsite)
Pay Rate: £15ph
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team, reporting directly to the Manager. This role will provide essential administrative support to both operational and management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing general enquiries, payroll processes, procurement activities, monitoring and reporting tasks, as well as handling invoicing and payments.
* Maintaining organized and efficient administrative systems, ensuring all correspondence and documentation meet professional standards and auditing requirements.
* Handling routine queries efficiently and providing timely, appropriate responses.
* Professionally managing client, resident, and general enquiries via telephone and email, maintaining high customer service standards.
* Ensuring all enquiries are resolved within established business service-level timelines.
* Coordinating events, travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and related logistics.
* Supporting the Office Manager with administrative tasks and special projects as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Good standard of education.
* Previous experience in an administrative role.
* Competent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Efficient, professional, with the ability to multitask.
* Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
* Enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive attitude.
* Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
