Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Identify and resolve Post Office balancing queries.
2. Influence and support the Post Office team to provide customer service standards expected in the Post Office.
3. Assist customers with any queries.
4. Demonstrate a good level of communication to external and internal customers.
5. Drive understanding and knowledge of the current promotions and Post Office services with the Post Office team.
6. Ensure team adherence to all legal compliance and mandatory Post Office procedures as laid out in current guidelines.
7. Assist the Post Office Area Manager in the development of processes and controls to support Post Office operations.
8. Actively demonstrate the determination and the ability to deliver to success.
9. Motivate and inspire others to achieve and ensure that the Post Office team completes all mandatory training.
Skills/Experience/Qualifications:
1. Strong leadership and managerial skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
6. Knowledge of postal regulations and procedures is a plus.
7. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field and relevant experience.

Salary: £31,000 – £34,000 yearly
