Impactful role: Be part of a respected team driving success in structural steel manufacturing.About the Role As a Fabrication Supervisor, you will oversee the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of fabrication operations, ensuring both team performance and compliance with company standards. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating your team to meet production targets. Managing safety standards, including risk assessments and ensuring safe systems of work. Coordinating resources, such as plant, materials, and equipment, to maintain efficient workflows. Providing training and support, including mentoring apprentices to uphold safety and competency standards. Ensuring compliance by completing and maintaining all required documentation, including permits and safety records. Clear communication: Keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and addressing any issues proactively.About You To excel in this role, you will bring: Extensive fabrication and welding experience, ideally within a structural steel manufacturing environment. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively. Attention to detail, particularly in interpreting production documents and maintaining accurate records.
