7. Use varied teaching techniques to meet the needs of students with varying learning styles and skill levels in the classroom, and make sure they all have the chance to succeed.
8. Use cutting-edge, hands-on teaching strategies that integrate technology and practical applications to make computer science relevant and engaging for learners.
9. Evaluate student's progress on a regular basis and offer helpful criticism to help them advance academically. Work together with colleagues to analyse assessment results and improve instruction.
10. Respectful behaviour among students is encouraged in a positive, welcoming classroom setting that cultivates a love of language and reading.
To be eligible for this position, you must meet the requirements below:
11. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role
12. Have Right to work in the UK
13. Have an Enhanced DBS on the update service
14. Provide 2 proven professional references
15. Proven success in teaching computer science at the secondary level
16. A genuine passion for technology and a commitment to making computer science exciting and accessible for students.
17. Ability to create engaging, creative, and effective teaching strategies.
18. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to education.
