About Homes for Support: We are a strong and well-structured team of childcare professionals providing therapeutic care to looked-after children and young people ages 7 to 18. Our Children's Homes, semi-independence Supported Living service, Head Office, and in-house Training venue are all closely located in Crewe, Cheshire. If you are enthusiastic to deliver therapeutic, child-centred care and support, we want to hear from you. You will take part in a three-month comprehensive induction to develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours. No previous experience is required. We offer part-time (evenings and weekends) and full-time (day shifts, sleep-ins and weekends) contracts. Our full-time working pattern is a six (6) day rolling rota; you can opt to work two (2) days on and four (4) days off or three (3) days on and three (3) days off.
