Learning Mentor:
Are you creative looking for a change in career? A learning mentor can be a great way for you to use your creativity to engage children and young people in a fun and inventive way.
This is an ideal role if you’ve had previous experience in the creative arts, youth work, care or hospital work or if you are a student within the arts, psychology/sociology.
You in the role:
1. Giving students help to access learning and succeed in school.
2. Adapting main classwork to suit student learning ability and needs.
3. Keep engagement to learning in a fun and creative way.
4. Encourage and praise positive behaviour.
5. Able to communicate efficiently and professionally between colleagues and students’ parent/carer(s).
6. Run interventions to help support student and their additional needs.

Role: 1:1 Learning Mentor
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 08:00 - 15:30
Salary: £ - £14 per hour - dependant on experience
Location: Bristol
